I just tried the link provided in my first post and when you enter your BofA account number, do not put spaces between each group of numbers. I also had to type our last name in all caps. Don't know if that will make a difference to others when signing in.

The point redemption is all done on line, you don't call them anymore. I will try to find the information for you and post later.I see someone posted while I was typing:)

Thanks for the responses. I just called RCI and was connected to the the rewards dept. Once I was directed to the proper place on the website, it was a piece of cake! The website advises that you should make your request for OBC at least 7 - 10 days prior to your cruise. You get a confirmation to print out right there on the website after you have made your request.
