Kathy, I was just reading the RC page on FB and somebody said that they just came back from Allure, and on day 6 of that cruise, Fernando was back in the Concierge (maybe he boarded in Cozumel, where I think he lives???)

Hope that someone can verify this for you!

My A/C is very tired right now: has been running for days, also!;)

Just got off Brilliance yesterday and can confirm that Betsy is back for today's cruise - that can only be good news for all those sailing on the Brilliance!!

 

 

Thanks; we will be sailing again on BR on sept 8 (crossing) Can't wait to meet Betsy!!!!

On the Allure Dexter is back in the DL for 7 weeks then he will return to the CL.

To email the concierge,use the 2 letter code for ship(i.e EX for Explorer),followed by an underscore then Concierge@rccl.com

The underscore is ONLY between the ships two letters and Concierge.

i.e

EX_Concierge@rccl.com

 

 

**For the Rhapsody RH_SuitesConcierge@rccl.com

**For the Grandeur GR_SuitesConcierge@rccl.com

 

**On Oasis and Allure you need a 01 or 02 in the email address since there are 2 concierges on each ship

i.e

OA_Concierge01@rccl.com

OA_Concierge02@rccl.com

 

On ships with Diamond lounge concierge,add the word diamond in front of concierge

i.e

FR_DiamondConcierge@rccl.com

Has anyone sailed with Sneh Patell? I just booked the EN for my birthday and noticed that Reyno will be on vacation.

Sneh is filling in from the guest services team on Enchantment. She's been great in that role every time we've had a chance to see her, whether we have a question or just passing by the desk going to Boleros and having her ask if we need anything. Don't know how that will translate to concierge. She's a great outgoing personality.
