I did an ES search but

I could not find the exact answer, so here is my question. If a category below what you booked, in my case balcony to ocean view is advertised at a lower rate, does that qualify. Or is it only when your category and above go lower than what you paid? Thanks for the help.

You have to match the number of people and your category.

 

If a HIGHER category is less, then you have to agree to give up what you have and move.

 

No downgrading is allowed.

 

Are you asking about moving from a balcony to a OV? No you cant, and so it doesnt matter what a lower category price does.
