New Pre-Cruise Concierge Service on NCL

There was discussion on these boards in the past about NCL testing a pre-cruise concierge service for suite passengers on some ships. According to USA Today, NCL will be rolling out this service fleet wide (on ships with Haven suites).

“Norwegian Cruise Line is adding a new amenity for passengers staying in its most luxurious suites: A shoreside concierge desk that can pre-arrange on-board services before a cruise begins.

The new concierge desk will be open to passengers staying in The Haven by Norwegian, a private suite enclave found on five of Norwegian's 11 ships. The concierge desk can help make dining and entertainment reservations for Haven passengers; book shore excursions; make spa and salon appointments; and take special requests.”

That is how DCL does it and it works very nicely to have some things arranged in advance.
