Formal wear and pregnant

DO you think I'll get away with just one outfit for 4 formal nights... if I accessorise differently, I have a huge wardrobe of evening wear but don't want to spend a fortune on maternity eveningwear for what will probably be one or two nights... (I have a toddler so we don't always make it down to dinner)

What do you think?

You'll probably be absolutely fine, but if you would feel better you could perhaps get just one pair of generally very stretchy and elasticated waist black trousers and then just wear different floaty tops that you could also wear after you've had the baby. Just an idea to consider, but hope it helps. I am quite sure that everyone understands the problems so don't worry, just enjoy yourself! :)
