laundry room on Maasdam

Can anyone tell me what the cost is for the washers and dryers in the laudrette rooms? Do they take dollar bills or just quarters?

We recall the cost of the washer being less than $2, dryer less than that. Soap was provided. Quarters only.

Maasdam has laundry areas on several different decks.

I "robbed" my change at home and brought quarters along...as well as our own detergent and fabric softener in small bottles...even though HAL provides it.

On the Maasdam the laundry rooms are located on the Main Deck, Lower Promenade Deck and the Verandah Deck.

The washers on this ship take 8 quarters ($2) and the dryers take 4 quarters ($1).

I would never haul quarters with me as you can get them at the front office.

There is a button you push on the washer to release the Bio-friendly soap. Take your own fabric sheets for the dryer.
