What does all this have to do with Captain Johnny and his newly aquired parrott?

When we were in Cozumel on December 9th, Johnny saw us on our balcony, and started throwing air kisses to my DW (we were supposed to be with him that day, but the Mariner's passengers were confined and not allowed on the Allure because of the Noro), so Johnny get his parrot, and proceeded to give us a 10 minute show with him.

Long story of how Captain Johnny got the parrott aboard in the first place, but not for here!

For you guys doing Allure/western and you want authentic jerk chicken and pork this is the place. On the road to mobay from Falmouth-of course this means you would have to leave the port area:rolleyes: not a problem at all/regardless of what you hear. This is a on your own/not a ships tour

You will notice the meat is not on a grill but is placed directly on Pimento wood and then covered with sheets of tin. The allspice flavor comes from the wood.
