OBC - Where Should I See It on Docs?

In Toronto

Recommended Posts

I know that I have read this on this Board but now can't find. We have made final payment, done the online checkin and printed out our Docs.

We should have a $75.00 OBC but don't see it anywhere.

Am I missing it?

Thanks.

Ellen

It does not show up on the e-docs. You need to print out a copy of your invoice. It will be on the left of the sheet just before all the IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

Also on your My NCL site pull up your vacation summary. It shows it there.

That is where I found mine. I always print them out and take them with me so if there is a question re: the OBC, I have proof. (check your account on the first day out.) They are happy to print you out a copy and your OBC should show up. If not, tell them you have it and show them your copies.) They will have to contact home office to verify but it will get taken care of if you bring it to their attention early. If you wait till the last day it may be a problem and you may have trouble getting it applied. Happy sailing!!
