Does anyone know the reasons that the schedule won't be released until then? Many of Oceania's competitors, including Azamara, have released their 2013 schedules. For those who are retired or who might be considering a cruise in the second half of the year, a release in March is not a problem. If they accelerated the announcements to accommodate you, there would still be those who want to know why they can't be released at eighteen or even twenty four months out. There is also a vociferous reaction to ANY deviation from those schedules, once they are announced. Given the unpredictable nature of the European situation (particularly in the Eastern Med) , I'm thinking that Oceania is doing the right thing by waiting. I also think that they want to fill their "current" schedules as much as possible before releasing new schedules and "spreading out" their bookings among too many itineraries. JMO. Whenever they are published, many bookings are made and yet, more and more of them are eventually cancelled. With Oceania's most favorable cancellation policy, this can and probably has become an expensive proposition.
