Onboard spending

We have just book a cruise on the gem and when i look on my ncl account, i see a 30$ under onboard spending, what it mean obc ?.

 

I ask that because with the TA i am suppose to have 105$ obc, but i suppose it to soon to appears because i book that tonight.

 

So i cross my finger to have 30$ by ncl and 105$ from my TA

 

What you think ???

I think you should wait a few days , like after New Years and check again.

It may be you have a total of $105. with $30 of it from NCL and $75 from your TA.....or it could be $105. from your TA plus the $30 from NCL.....only your TA can tell you for sure. The OBC you receive from your TA WILL NOT show up on MyNCL.....only OBC directly from NCL is noted there.

 

And Yes to your question...Onboard Spending is OBC.

Yes, it appears that way. I book my own cruises so its been many a year since I received anything from an agent but good on you, lots of cool stuff to spend it on!:)

Yes, but take something with you in writing from your TA stating what you will be getting. If it isn't on your account by the second day, take it to the Guest Services desk and have them call the corporate office and get hold of your TA to find out where the rest is.

 

You should mention to your TA you see the $30 and ask if that is part of the OBC she is giving you.

P.S.... most refer to this as On Board Credit - even though you do use it for onboard spending.
