Need travel agent that knows DCL

Can anyone recommend a travel agent that knows DCL well that is very customer service focused? I have a group of friends that want to join us on a cruise and I want to be able to refer them somewhere for booking (I will be DVC points). Last time I left them on their own to book directly through DCL or wherever, but this time I'd like to be able to give them specifics. I did contact one of the well known specialists in DCL booking and after 2 emails over several weeks got no response. As I work in a service industry, I have no tolerance for poor customer service.

Unfortunately it is against our guidelines to recommend a specific TA. Your best bet is to do a search for disney cruise travel agent reviews and go from there. Or if you have a local travel agent try checking them out. Pricing will be the same whether they book with DCL or another agent/cruise outlet as DCL does not allow discounting of their fares. Some agents, however, will provide some sort of on board credit as incentive to book through them.
