csk Posted January 25, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2012 we are doing a girls weekend and meeting each other at the pier, would we be able to get on the ship without our cabin mate, some flights are coming in a lot later and would hate to have to stay in the terminal for several hours. Thanks!!
CaptData Posted January 25, 2012 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2012 Usually you need everyone in the cabin to go together but you can inquiry. Do you all have the same reservation number?

Thanks!! You each should print out your own SetSail pass with your information..This will allow each person to board on their own time frame... Ashland Posted January 25, 2012 #4 Share Posted January 25, 2012 Usually you need everyone in the cabin to go together but you can inquiry. Do you all have the same reservation number? Sorry but this is not always true and depends on the booking. Each may be able to print out their own SetSail pass...If they are in the same cabin they will all have the same booking# (not reservation).. The only time there will be more than one booking # per cabin is if the cabin holds more than four people since only a maximum of 4 people can be listed on a booking (6 of us in a RFS = 4 with one booking # and 2 with another # and they will automatically be linked).. cb at sea Posted January 25, 2012 #5 Share Posted January 25, 2012 You do NOT need to board together....especially if everyone is taking care of their own bill.... When you board, you will give the form of payment....if, say, you and wife/husband are on one credit card, give it.....you'll board. When the next cabin occupant arrives, they will give their own form of payment. If you are paying for everyone, that will be noted. You do NOT have to wait and board "en masse"!
