Tender to Manzanillo?

All 3 times ive ben there @ the dock. Havnt been there since the new one was finished. My GF caught a marlin there a couple years ago You will have a good time

 

 

on a side note

If CCL goes to Manzanillo still they should be doing Zihuatanejo still:(

Last time we were there the new pier was open and it really is an improvement. It provides an easy walk to the city square, shopping nad sight seeing. The square is dominated by a huge sail fish sculpture. We like this port and think you will also.

The ship always docked there, but when I was there it was a commercial port. (see pics below). By the posts I've read now, I guess there is a new port explicitly for cruise ships. Hooray ! ! :)

 

When there I wondered around the square and had lunch at a great little hotel restaurant just off the square. I believe the Hotel Presidente. Beautiful architecture as always.

We were there in October and they had unusually hot temps, it was over 100 the day we were there, and that new pier is a very long hot concrete walk to the square, with no shade at all, so just be prepared for that.
