39august Posted January 31, 2012 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2012 I know the Renaissance, Embassy suites and Hilton Marina are all on 17 th st. But what are some other 17th street hotels, please? I would like to stay nearer the Publix rather than farther away, as we like to walk over and get dinner and wine for taking back to our room. How far is Renaissance from Publix? Renaissance is close... 10 minute walk - but in the same plaza is Total Wines.... better selection and prices. You said wine for your room?? or for the ship?? If you plan on carrying a LOT of wine, going back in a cab would be good - aprx $5 (plus tip). Many, many hotels on 17th Street... just google them. . BTW - Hilton Marina is a looong walk to Publix. (Nice view though)
