Explorer and entertainment reservations?

Recommended Posts

Do we need to make entertainment reservations if we are sailing on the Explorer? I don't see anywhere to do this when I look at RC website for our reservation.

No website reservations for entertainment on Explorer at the present time.

No, the shows on Explorer do not require reservations.

However, once onboard, they do issue free tickets to the ice show. This is for crowd control because the ice rink is small, so they need to disperse the passengers over 2-3 shows. Check the Compass (cruise newsletter) for the time the tickets will be distributed, but even if you don't get tickets, you can go to the theater and get a standby seat.
