jerseygirl3 Posted February 3, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2012 My sister and her family will be in a hump cabin on the angle and dh and I will be in the cabin next door on Silhouette. Anybody know if the divider between our balconies can be opened? Jo-Ann
rico Posted February 3, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 3, 2012 They could on the Equinox. I'd bet they're the same on Silhouette.

Wine-O Posted February 3, 2012 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2012 Thank you. That's great since we both have really large balconies on thehump. We had 4 balconies on the angle for our last TA, and opened them all to make one huge balcony. Just ask your stateroom attendant when you get on board. Hi JerseyGirl3, Same thing on the Solstice... we were on the angle of "the hump" and there were at least 3 other cabins next to us who had requested that the dividers be open... they seemed to love all that space... and we would often hear them out there early in the AM, no doubt drinking coffee, taking in the sun & gorgeous view(s), and planning their day. Which brings up another point... when you are outside of your Cabin on the Balcony... there isn't really a lot of privacy... so try to remember to speak quietly (lol especially if you are going to chit-chat about "private" matters) Cheers! rigldbrg Posted February 3, 2012 #7 Share Posted February 3, 2012 I think it's also important to point out that while you can open a divider, the hump balconies are so deep that the common part of the balcony is actually pretty limited. You can pull your chair up to the common area, but beyond that you can't see whose on the balcony next to you.
