Help! Cancel or not?

I have a cruise booked for EOS cabin AZ-9557. I have been reading on the Cruise Critic message board that there has been a strong smell of sewage that was on the port side midship; which is where my cabin located. Does anyone know if my cabin will be affected?

I need a handicapped cabin and there are no other available. Do I have to cancel the cruis?

Every cruise I have ever been on has let out a stinker here and there....some are worse than others but it generally clears up pretty quickly....we bring an air freshened for the bathrooms....sometimes...well....they just smell!

That "sewage odor" can happen on any ship, at any time, on any deck or cabin! It's a ship thing....it won't last forever. If it seems to, contact the maintainence dept...ship's sewage lines are finicky....don't let it dissuade you from cruising!

Well, I've smelled sewage in the halls, but haven't heard or at least I haven't swelled anything in my cabin. If you are sensitive to bad odors then just bring some deodorizer with you like Fabreeze, etc. But usually the odors don't last long. Yes, it's a ship thing.
