HamburgAvonLady Posted February 7, 2012 #2 Share Posted February 7, 2012 Check out the "Roll Call" for your sailing --- perhaps there are other passengers in your same situation.
seadrifter Posted February 7, 2012 #3 Share Posted February 7, 2012 If you name your ship and departure date, we can help you find your Roll Call. The only port where we have taken a post-cruise excusion is Fort Lauderdale. There are time requirements as to when your flight is, but we found that the excursion to the Everglades filled in the interim time nicely and our luggage was with us on the bus during the excursion - so no need to figure out what to do with the bags;). At the end of the excursion we were taken to the appropriate airport drop-off and our bags were unloaded from the bus baggage compartment. Worked well for us. Wishing you a wonderful cruise:). RuthC Posted February 7, 2012 #4 Share Posted February 7, 2012 Have you looked through the on-line shore excursions for your cruise? That's where the transfers w/tour are usually listed for booking. There should be two listings, one with transfer included and one without. The difference is that some people will already have the transfer, and will want to add the tour; the other is for those who haven't purchased anything yet. You can also wait until you are on the ship, and discuss it with the shore excursion staff there. They can explain everything to you. I have a cruise ending in Dover, and will be flying out of Heathrow at 3:00 PM that day. I was looking at shore excursions yesterday, and saw a couple with transfers listed. I didn't book, but will wait and do it on the ship.
