Sea Grape Beach - how crowded?

How crowded Sea Grape really is? I am getting conflicting info...

 

I guess better question is, do ships have shore excursions there? I looked on my excursion menu and they offer only Tiki beach.

 

Can someone please report who have been there recently? Also, may be other suggestions for a not so crowded beach with facilities and preferably playground?

Crowds are influenced by the number of ships in port. Of the major beach club areas on 7 Mile Beach, only Seagrape (specifically West Bay Public Beach) has a playground.

Yikes! 6 ships in port when the VOS will be there. Looks like the beaches will be packed!

Wow, that's 14,000 of us descending upon the island! Does that mean the rays excursions will be overrun with people? Maybe that's a good day to find a quieter beach...

Actually, not EVERYONE will be at the beach!!! And even when there are alot of folks, the beach is long....everyone will fit!
