When will the Princess schedule for Winter, 2013 be released?

They usually begin annoucements anywhere from the end of March into the end of May. The European itineraries have been the first ones to be released during this time frame the last few years. One year some itineraries took as long as early June to be open.

New Royal Princess goes on sale March 15. I'd look for the rest around the same time

I'll bet OP is referring to Nov, Dec. '13 and into early '14.
