Reservation in MDR for suites only or all guests?

Are we allow to make reservations in the MDR or is that only for people staying in suites? Thanks

I don't think you can unless you are part of a large party.

Groups of 8 or more. Usually no other reservations. They generally are not needed.

Only large groups can make reservations but if you are a guest who is working with concereige and encounter a wait, a call to your concereige will get you right in most of the time.

Just to clarify, suite guests can make MDR reservations still, correct? We were able to on Jade 2 years ago. From talking to other people on that cruise, there was a 20-30 minute wait most nights for people without reservations.

Yes, you can still make a reservation in the MDR, just call your butler or the concierge. I was unaware that wearing baseball caps was De Rigueur at dinner, same goes for the mustard stained "wife beater" or was I just having flashbacks from that ill fated carnival cruise I once took?
