Reservation in MDR for suites only or all guests?

Yes, you can still make a reservation in the MDR, just call your butler or the concierge. I was unaware that wearing baseball caps was De Rigueur at dinner, same goes for the mustard stained "wife beater" or was I just having flashbacks from that ill fated carnival cruise I once took?
