mlzangel78 Posted April 13, 2012 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2012 I booked through my TA and there was a $75 OBC. I see it on my invoice but when i log into carnival it doesnt show anywhere. When I asked the TA, whom i trust ive used her on several cruises.. she said it wont show on carnival , but as a gift, and will be on my Sign and Sail account when we board??? Does this sound right ??
sailing_under_the_stars Posted April 13, 2012 #2 Share Posted April 13, 2012 We had a price change a couple different times, and used previous cruise credit, it shows some of them, but not all.. So DH called and they said there is a 2 limit change on the computer system.. BUT like you said we talked to Carnival and they said the full amount is there.. Just shows partial... Rare shof515 Posted April 13, 2012 #4 Share Posted April 13, 2012 the ta obc is different the carnival obc. The ta obc is a gift they most likely purchased from the bon voyage. OBC thats purchased, does not show in your invoices or any kind of billing statement. By day 2 of the cruise, the OBC will be added to your foilio account

ready2cruzagain Posted April 13, 2012 #6 Share Posted April 13, 2012 Definitely sounds right. Have received OBC as a gift from our TA in the past and it has never shown up until we got to the cabin and then there was a card stating that we had received a gift from our TA and the amount was on our S and S card. cdamion Posted April 13, 2012 #7 Share Posted April 13, 2012 The OBC from my TA never showed up on my cruise documents, but it was there once I boarded.
