ATM onboard Equinox

I know there is an ATM on board. Can someone tell me what the affiliation is? I would like to figure out the service charges. I have read that the casino charges 5%- why don't people just use the ATM? Am I missing something? :confused:

The ATM fee is also quite high. Most who use the casino for a source of cash are trying to draw down their OnBoard Credit from the SeaPass account.

But the charge is $6 per transaction... If you're sailing in Europe, my experience is that the ATM in the casino will dispense US Dollars and the one adjacent to Guest Relations will dispense Euros...
