I know Grand Turk is not, and from what I have read about the other three they are NOT. I will know firsthand in about 78 days! :D

Belize and Grand Cayman are tender ports

I don't think any of them are tender ports. I know for sure Grand Turk, La Romana, and Aruba are NOT, the only one I am not sure of is Curacoa. I don't think it is but it has been a really long time since I have been there.
