requesting an specific waiter

I know that we always talk about which room is the best , excursion, secret places but I never see people talking about their waiters. I was wondering if we are able to mention the names of your past waiter in here.

People do mention the names of their waiters all the time. Mostly in reviews, but there are a lot of threads with waitstaff mentioned.

My favorite waiter is Mauricio from Cancun MX on Mariner.

Since they often work on six month contracts, that special waiter may no longer be in the dining room. Could have moved to specialty restaurant or be on rotation in the WJ or possibly moved to another ship.
