If all cabins were sold at the max per specific cabin (2, 3, 4, etc.), then the 4370 number would be the max. There´s more berth onboard than the 4370. 4370 is the max. pax capacity they can take onboard. Even if they wish they can´t sell more tix than 4370, even though there´s more berth onboard.
