Tipping on Ventura

Another newbie question from me, sorry.

 

I know that the tips are added to the bill now for stewards and dining room staff but is it the correct thing to tip in the Marco Pierre White restaurant or is that covered by the extra charge. I don't want to embarrass myself by doing the wrong thing.

You dont need to tip in the speciality restaurants.

Personally, I think it depends on the service you recieve. We went to Arcadian Rhodes several times, and had a fantastic time, so we tipped.

 

When we went one evening to Cafe Bordeaux on Aurora shortly after MPW took over , we took friends with us and had one of the most disapointing meals ever, and it was not just us, the next table were complaining also. It fell far below our expectaions, so no tip!
