Can a reservation be cancelled online?

Trying to help friends cancel their reservation, they won't be able to join us. The booking was done online through the Rccl website. Can it be cancelled online or do we need to call? I didn't see a link to cancel. Thanks.

If you've booked on line with RCCL, you can cancel on line. We've done it a couple of times.

Yes you can. You log in online and your cruise should be listed or if not you can add it by putting in the booking number and ship and sail date.

 

Then there are options to cancel or make payments
