I have always booked with Cozumel cruise excursions, but this time I booked directly with Nachi and did receive a confirmation.

I recieved my payment verification threw pay pal but nothing from nachi cocom in my email, should I? I didnt print anything. I have emailed them but havent heard anything back yet

Did you check your spam folder? The sender just says "mailer", but the subject says your Nachi Cocom Reservation is Ready.

Did you just book today? If you don't hear anything by Monday, definitely email them again.

Did they ever get a second bartender? Last fall when we went, the bar service was really slow because they had lost a bartender and never replaced him. I love the place, so I am hoping they are back up to 2 bartenders.

I was there this Saturday and there were 2 bartenders and there were very few people there. excellent food and service! We had Carlos.

when we went, we booked ours with http://cozumelcruiseexcursions.com as well. We got our confirmation within a few hours. They are super quick. You can book more then one place with them so its easy and you can talk to them on live help chat thing they have

How do you know that is for Nachi and not some other resort - it doesn't say?

Just booked for our cruise in November, directly through Nachi. They are running a special for Sept/Oct/Nov - $45/person (regular $55). Says must book by Aug 30th.

 

Non-refundable deposit of $9/person to hold reservation and must cancel within 24hrs or a $50 charge will assessed for no show.

 

They have a resort limit of 100 people a day. Nice to know it won't be overly crowded.

It was removed last week and I also missed out on it. It is a long time till your cruise and it is in OCT. so I would hold out and see if they run it again.

 

Look and see how many boats are in port the same day as you are. If it is not a lot they will not sell out for the day you want

Just got back, had a great relaxing day here with great service and tipped accordingly. Always had a full glass and we ordered our food from our beach chair and they brought our food right to our spot on the beach. Great quiet place to relax for the day...say hi to Manuel for us!

We tipped the waiter about $10 per person (just under 20% of the admission) plus a few extra bucks to the bartenders -- I spent some quality time at the swim up bar. :o

We will be here in another week and a half. Can't wait to try out this place. We normally go to Chankanaab, but thought it was time to experience something new. Glad to hear everyone likes it. :)
