JR Suites Navigator of the Seas....

Recommended Posts

Looking at 4 and would like any input....

Jr Suite 1394 (aft facing)

Jr Suite 1358 (aft starboard section)

Jr Suite 1350 (aft starboard section)

Jr Suite 1340 (aft starboard section)

This is 15 night cruise so it seems that I will be spending much more time in the cabin the a 7 nighter.

Any input would be helpful.

The actual CABIN SPACE will be identical. 1394 will have a deeper balcony than the other 3 JS's.

I'd go with 1394, just for the balcony size...and it's not much further of a walk from the other 3 choices! I'd rather be on the "hump" for conveniences sake, but of the choices you have, 1394 is the better.

I would also go with 1394. You do sacrifice some closet space in the aft JS. It's not as a big a walk-in as the others. It's because the room is slightly longer, but slightly narrower than the others. There's still more than enough storage though. The balcony is a lot bigger.

These are pics of 1694:

Thanks for the input. Looks like everyone is in favor of the aft facing cabins.

Paul, thanks for the pix.

The problem I have in my mind is that on the Enchantment we took the aft facing JR suite and in fact it was "much" smaller than the other starboard JR Suites were. And 15 nights in a smaller cabin would tend to tick me off.

We had an aft JS on the Explorer and loved it - like Paul said the closet is not as big as the other JS's but the size of the room and the huge balcony was great.

We did a little more walking as the stairs/elevators were a bit away but it did get us moving.

No question for me, I would go with the aft facing, it is a great aft facing JR suite because it is on the top deck so no view obstructions. It is a longer narrower cabin, but it is comparable to the other JS's.
