RCI Credit Card Points- questions

Hi,

 

I wanted to see if anyone can help me answer some questions for my parents. They have the BofA RCI Credit card. She wanted to know how many points she has but when she speaks to BofA, they say they don't' know and have to speak to RCI. I suggested if it's like my USAir cc, she should be able to check on-line. I don't know if she ever created an on-line account to monitor the card.

 

First question- Anyone know how she can check how many points she has?

Next question- Anyone know how she can figure out what the points are worth?

Last question- Does anyone know if the points can be combined with any other deals with RCI? I ask as we are using our NCC and they will be using one of the friends & family certificates to get OBC. Can they use their points towards the purchase of their cruise? Or buy OBC, or what?

First question- Anyone know how she can check how many points she has? It should be on her statements, at the end in the middle of the page (side to side) She can also check online if she has set up an account

Next question- Anyone know how she can figure out what the points are worth?Go to the RCI site and click on C&A and then there should be a link (today it says something like 10,000 points) When you click it it will take you to where you can see what each level of points if redeemable for

Thank you all. My mom was able to find out her points and what she's eligible for. Just in time to book her cruise. YEAH!
