Wow - So Much for Xciting Deals. What a Disappointment

OK, so let me get this straight, The Xciting Deals for today, Tuesday, has an 8/15 deal for a W suite at $1749 with a special 150% single supplement advertised. The advertising states New Individual Bookings Only. Ok I'm In!!!

 

I just called and was told that the suite deal is for double occupancy only and that the 150% single supplement does not apply???? But, "I can sell you a sky suite for blah blah blah dollars" I'm told (a lot more) -- huh? What a huge disappointment and pretty darn misleading if you ask me.......:(

 

Or did I miss something here? What a bummer.

Call again. It looks like you haven't missed something, the CSR you spoke to wasn't looking at updated info. Ask for a supervisor. They can access the same info you are seeing but you may have to push them to do so.

Just called in to check myself; on the 8/15 12-nt Celebrity Solstice got a Single Occupancy rate on the Cat W of $2473, the agent that answered the phone spoke with Odalis in the Revenue/Resolutions Department.

Thank you soooo much for your encouragement -- I called back, was transferred a bunch of times, finally ended up where I started with a CSR who checked it all out, etc. -- and I'm In!!! [doing dance of joy!]
