Summit Balconies

We are about to book a cruise on the Summit. Can anyone tell me if any of the Concierge Class balconies are covered or partially covered.

Which deck does anyone recommend, Sky, Vista or Panorama?

We were in 9125 before they had CC. The balcony was fully covered.

With the exception of the aft balconies all Concierge Class balconies are covered by the deck or balcony above.

 

I would suggest that you avoid Sky deck (deck 9) as you would have the pool deck above you. This can lead to lots of noise in the morning as people are dragging deck chairs around.

Thanks~ Those are great help. What furniture is on the CC balcony, I ask because I plan on spending a lot of R&R there. My step-son is getting married on this cruise, so it will be our 'escape' :rolleyes:

The area on the deck nine between the humps is covered by a large overhang.

 

Going down deck by deck I guess would not have as much shelter.

 

Were were in AQ between the humps with a large overhang. Had 2 reclining chairs but no foot rests. I guess they think that the balconies aren't deep enough for them. I stacked the cushions off of the sofa and /or the extra pillows for a foot rest. Found room for them. :D
