Embarkation Wharf 5 in Sydney

Hi All,

We are Embarking on the Pearl this Sunday.

To avoid any delays we are flying up very early on Sunday morning meaning we will be in Sydney by 9.00am.

Considering the Pearl will probably be disembarking its passengers from the previous cruise, is there anywhere we can drop off or store our luggage at Wharf 5 while this is happening?

Obviously we dont want to be carrying around our luggage for hours on end. Ideally we would like to drop off our luggage at around 9.30, then go and do touristy things for a couple of hours before boarding at 1.00 pm.

Any ideas?

thanks in advance.

I'm not sure what time the baggage drop-off opens - it may not be at 9:30, but you don't need to wait until boarding to drop off the luggage. You hand it in to them, then can check in later separately so can meet what you're trying to achieve. The only question is when it opens but I expect it shouldn't be too much after you get there. And then you can look around downtown as you're not far away.

You will be able to drop your luggage off at wharf 5. You will see the area - it is about 15m to the right of the main door.

If you want to board early I suggest going back to the marquee to do check-in around about 11am. Usually disembarkation is complete by then and check-in is a 'first-in-best-dressed' system.

Have a fantastic cruise.:)
