There was one in my balcony cabin this past April.

Yes, all rooms contain a "minibar". This is usually an extremely small refrigerator (about enough to hold a 12 pack) and it doesn't typically get very cold.

We had the mini fridge in our oceanview room last year - it was big enough to hold all of the minibar stuff as well as two six-packs of soda. And that sucker got COLD, too!

Our balcony room on deck 5 had a mini fridge. We were able to fit 2 bottles of wine in there, along with about 4 of those teeny bottles of coke that we also brought with us. Everything was sufficiently chilled.

Just ask the room steward to remove the contents from the fridge and you won't get charged. It is dorm sized.

Our room steward declined to remove the contents for us, so we did it ourselves and stacked the stuff on the desk. We were left with plenty of room for a 12 pack of soda and two bottles of champagne, all of which stayed plenty cold. :D
