What is the Civitavecchia to Rome transfer schedule?

DW and I will be on the Ryndam Oct. 1, 2012 stop at Civitavechia and are looking at various ways of traveling to Rome. The ship will dock from 7AM to 8PM. The excursion site lists the departure time from the port as 7:30AM but does not say what time it returns. Does anyone know the answer to this?

The train is quite easy from Civ. At the entrance to the port there is a kiosk that will sell R/T tickets into Rome. Either get off at San Pieto (Vatican) or Termini where you can also get on the subway or tram to other sites or join the HoHo bus.
