Eateries along Klondike Hwy

We are going to be doing the drive up to Emerald Lake while we are in Skagway and I was wondering if there are any food stops that are recommended. I would like to know in advance what the options are so that we can better plan out the trip. Thanks in advance!

I recommend getting Murray's Guide. It will tell you a lot about the things to see and do. I don't remember any food being available until Carcross, and there's not a whole lot there. I packed us some dried fruit and granola bars to munch on when we did this trip in 2010.
