BC stateroom and b stateroom

Can anyone advise me of the difference between a BC and B category stateroom on the Rotterdam.

Location, other then that there is no difference between a B and a BC. There may be a price difference though.

It would be very unusual if there weren't a price difference! If they were the same price I doubt the OP would have even asked the question, and just chosen a B. :p

Location is the key factor.

 

The BC is way aft -- but there are B cabins not so far back. If you can afford the B -- I would go for that cabin.

 

If you are worried about motion -- stay away from the BC.

Thanks for that. We originally booked a BC stateroom, but when we got the invoice it seems we have been upgraded to a B. I am certainly not complaining!

Did they give you an actual cabin number?

Sorry I have been a few days replying. The cabin number given is 6216. hopefully this is a reasonable one, but to be honest, we will be so glad to be anywhere!

It is, IMO. It's just 5 cabins forward of the BC, so not much different.
