Priority Check In at Cape Liberty

As part of my incentive program offered by my TA, she sent me a voucher for Priority Check In. Anyone know how this works? I know there are special check in lines for Diamond (etc) members (which we are not) so I am wondering if priority check is really is anything special? Thanks for any information you can provide.

We have not gone to Cape Liberty (yet...)... But, there is now priority check-in for Crown & Anchor Gold and above as well as suites. Basically, everyone gets priority check-in except first time cruisers or people who have not signed up for C&A. All the priority check-in amounts to is a separate and shorter line.

I haven't heard of this...and frankly, if you get there early....there shouldn't be any lines...

 

As a D+ I get that anyway...I guess you can show it to one of the agents you'll see directing people after security....

I think it will all depend on how busy it is when you arrive. There's really only one line for security unless you are disabled in some way and even that's not really clear. Once inside you will go to priority check in which could be a real perk if the regular check in line is long. You should also get a lower shuttle bus number in the priority line.

 

Last time I sailed I arrived late about 12:30. The security line was long, but there was no one in the priority check in line and I got such a low bus number that I was able to walk right on to the next shuttle bus.

Never heard of a voucher for priority check in at the port! But use it and do post when you get back.
