joeyancho Posted August 2, 2012 #76 Share Posted August 2, 2012 Man, that is nasty. I would never be with anyone who appeared like that in public. Just plain nasty.
cruisinmimiof3 Posted August 2, 2012 #77 Share Posted August 2, 2012 Did they put a towel on the chair? ;) That is funny! I would not have sat with them, I just could not sit down and eat a decent meal with someone dressed like that. I have a little dignity, and would expect my table mates to have some too. I do tell my fair of dirty jokes, but that is worse then a bathrob in the MDR. At least with a bathrob, they dont need to put a towl on the chair!!! I can just imagine the comments from my grandson at 6!
celticd1 Posted August 2, 2012 #78 Share Posted August 2, 2012 I probably would've enjoyed sitting at their table. Honestly, I've seen more skin on the Lido deck. Would I wear that in public - no. But that is their business, not mine. ;)
Room Service! Posted August 2, 2012 #79 Share Posted August 2, 2012 Isn't it expected on the Lido?

MissRabbit Posted August 2, 2012 #81 Share Posted August 2, 2012 While this is definately not dining room nor formal night attire, she really isn't showing any more of herself than some of the scantily clad bikini wearing women out on the pool deck. That said, it's pretty tacky unless you're going to a Renaissance Faire or something.
MMOMOM Posted August 2, 2012 #82 Share Posted August 2, 2012 LOL I remember this dress well. Here is a link to one picture: http://messages.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1564326 Scroll to post #6 Okay ... so at first I thought this was a joke .... but in looking at the other pics I'm thinking no ..... maggieworkman Posted August 2, 2012 #83 Share Posted August 2, 2012 The thread wasn't as long as I thought it would be, either. I figured from the way people talked it was going to be one of these 15 page threads but it was only4. It was a kinder, gentler board back then. :) Maggie
Gailerina Posted August 2, 2012 #84 Share Posted August 2, 2012 This thread is officially longer then the original haha! I'm not sure that dress would work at a renefair haha. DaDivaMom Posted August 3, 2012 #85 Share Posted August 3, 2012 I want to say she had on bottom undergarments but I don't honestly recall. It didn't impede our dining or our friends that were with us. We found them to be smart, engaging and fairly normal. To us it was just a dress, no worse than some of the other fashion choices I have seen on board.
Rosefloater Posted August 3, 2012 #86 Share Posted August 3, 2012 They said "the chain was not bad to sit on". BTW - They had the back of the dress adjusted so it would be higher in the back. How low was it before they had it adjusted?!!!! http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=12630302&postcount=
