That cruise was on the Tuesday sale a couple times. Prices were really cheap.

 

I was watching it because I had it booked and cancelled before final. I'm sure a lot of people were able to upgrade but that was probably about a month or 2 ago.

Here is the link, but I don't know if it is valid for outside the U.S. I was just speculating on why you may have heard of people being upgraded (maybe on your roll call). It is a 'new bookings only' sale when a cruise has not been selling well.

I originally booked 2 D's at around $3400 and they were going for around $1299 on the Tuesday sale. I am glad I decided to cancel before final; that would have hurt!
