Of course Cagneys will be open. The butler will escort you to the restaurant while you wait for your cabin to be ready.

They will take you straight to Cagney's for tasty lunch. You can hang out in the lounge next door until rooms are ready. They sometimes are remiss on replacing soap, shampoo, etc, so you might have to ask.....

It all depends on when you board, readiness of your suite, etc. But they will either store them at Cagney's or escort you to the suite to drop them off. Have fun and enjoy the suite life!:D

Cagney's was not open for lunch on embarkation day for our last cruise, but it was a fluke due to surprise USPH inspection for the whole ship. If for some reason it is not, your escort will help you store your bags and take you to whichever MDR is open.
