Other soap places beside Glacier Smoothies?

I will be on an excursion and won't be able to visit the Glacier Smoothie store before it closes. Are there any other soap stores in Juneau that are open past 6PM or any stores in Ketchikan or Sitka that have similar hand made soaps/products?

If you don't have any luck finding another soap store, you can order from Glacier Smoothies online - that's what I did because I knew I wouldn't have time after my excursion - nice products! I ordered 4 different scents and they all smell great. Stay away from the bubble bath - no bubbles!

I didn't buy soap here since I bought mine at Glacier Smoothie but I bought Foot Scrub there and loved it. It was all natural ingredients. I plan to buy more when we are there in September.

 

There are located at 119 Lincoln St. If I remember correctly it is located in a yellow house close to the tender drop off point. Haven't been there since 2009 so it may no longer be yellow! :D

Last summer I was able to buy some at a little store on Creek Street in Ketchikan. It wasn't a Glacier Smoothie store, but I'm sorry I don't remember which store it was. I do remember that it was fairly close to the street though.

There are a number of small companies producing hand-made soaps and other such products in Alaska. They are easy to find everywhere in the state.

I found a variety of Glacial Silt soaps by the Alaska Soap Company at the Alaskan Fudge Company which is right in the heart of the shopping area in downtown Juneau.

I purchased some soaps and lotions from Glacier Smoothie last week as gifts and some soap for myself. I LOVE the soap! If looking elsewhere, you want to be sure you get the natural product that has the glacier silt in it. It really makes your skin smooth.

I also recommend going to their website and ordering.

And if you order them online, they wont take up room/weight in your suitcase and a gift recipient wont know the difference!
