Did our deposit, Ryndam sailing March 17th, 2013

Now I'm really excited. :) We got an upgrade from an interior room to a room with two portholes at the extreme front of the ship (lowest deck, right near the infirmary, we were going to pack sanitizer anyway :) ). We're also on the upgrade list, but we'll see how that goes. I know there are some negatives with where we'll be located, but we can be pretty flexible, so I think we'll be OK.

 

I'm looking at the available excursions now, and gulping a little at the prices. I'll be toddling over to look at reviews and stuff for excursions.

 

I'm also somewhat irked at some weight limits on some of the excursions that don't seem to make sense, but probably when I investigate them, it'll make more sense. :)

 

I guess cruising here we come. :) Though it's kinda funny, did all this planning, etc. before we've even completed THIS year's trip (Amalfi Coast in Italy for a week, leaving Sept. 11). So right now I'm a little bit more excited about the cruise, but that'll wear off soon enough. :)
