oceana l deck

I had a sleepless night worrying about the noise on L level on the oceana which is on the swimming pool deck as i hate noise

 

we are going next month for two weeks is it to late to book an outside balcony and is it expensive

 

I had shares with P.O years ago but never went on a cruise till last year so i missed out on everything with discounts etc they gave me my shares back when a new company took over

 

any advice very welcome
