In our Staterooms, which channels do they offer on the Explorer?

 

And in the Bar area, do the T.V.'s there offer any other types of stations, maybe for Sports?

 

I'll be on the Explorer and a N.Y. Giants vs. Phil Eagles Football game will be on that Sunday night on NBC and was wondering if there was any chance they might have that game somewhere on the ship. Considering that the Ship sails out of N.J. there might be quite a few fans on board who might want to check out that game and score.

Don't count on NBC... they get lots of CBS re-runs......but most sports consist of soccer....ick. Only the sports bar has a Tv....they MAY show the game, but don't count on it.

Record at home anything you don't want to miss!

They offer channels: 14, 15, 16 ,17, 18, 19, 20-45. Hope that helps.:rolleyes:

You probably shouldn't think of this as television, rather, they just playback various video selections on channels. I've seen very little, if any, live TV.

I got to watch two re-runs of How I Met Your Mother on our cruise this summer. ...One of my favorite shows of all time, so I took a few pictures of the screen to I could commemorate one of my favorite tv shows on my new favorite form of vacation. :)

Your chances are pretty good that the ship will buy that feed especially since it is the Sunday Night game. If they do buy the feed, it is typically also shown in cabins too.

We were on Explorer during Superbowl and they had the SB shown in the Theater with snacks and drinks . I'm not football but our friends loved it.
