The last time I rented a car from Enterprise in Astoria for a Pearl they came to the ship to get me and brought me back. Check with them

They come get you. There's a shuttle. It's a quick 3 to 5 minute drive to their offices.

I called them. They said it's only about a ten minute walk if you walk fast. And they only have the abiity to pick up so many, so I'll let others get a ride.

Are docking or at anchor in Astoria? If you are docking yes, you can walk. If you are anchoring in the river and tendering, it would be a very long walk. Then there is the weather to consider.
