BaumD Posted September 24, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 24, 2012 If they catch you they will take it from you. Their rules sy no wine or booze may be brought on board.
cb at sea Posted September 24, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 24, 2012 RCI states that NO beverages of any kind may be brought onto their ships. Silly rule.
Eng23 Posted September 24, 2012 #4 Share Posted September 24, 2012 No alcohol is allowed to be brought on the ship. Any alcohol that is found in baggage will be taken. There are alot of ways to attempt to smuggle and if you do a thread search on smuggling you will find all the info you could dream of if you want to attempt it. Daghis Posted September 24, 2012 #5 Share Posted September 24, 2012 RCI states that NO beverages of any kind may be brought onto their ships. Silly rule. The sad thing is that this is yet another inconsistency of theirs. The FAQ states that no non-alcoholic beverages may be brought aboard, but their Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract (in the cruise documentation) states, perhaps more officially: Passenger further agrees that Carrier may prohibit or restrict Passenger from bringing any alcoholic beverages for consumption onboard the Vessel and agrees to comply with any Carrier policy covering such matters. No mention of non-alcoholic beverages there. Go figure.
