Question about Dream Casino

Does the Dream allow you to play slots using cash or do you have to use your S&S Card? I enjoy playing the slots daily with a limited amount of money (already budgeted). I like to take cash and when it's gone, I stop playing. Otherwise, I might end up owing a lot of money at the end of the cruise. I was very fortunate on our last cruise and won over $1200.00 on one of my daily plays. The disadvantage of winning is you get hooked and think you can always win.

You can put cash into the machine, but when you cash out, it goes on your card. So, if you win and leave the machine, your money will go on your S&S card in a separate account from your regular account.

If you want to play on another machine, and you have money on your card, you can use that instead of putting in additional cash. Also, I know you don't want to, but you can get cash added to your card using your S&S card from your credit card on file.

Carnival makes it sooooooo easy to get money, lol.

Here's how it works. When you sit down at a machine, put your S&S card in the slot. There is a keypad by the slot. Set up an account by entering a four digit PIN. Put your cash into the machine and begin playing. When you want to leave that machine and you have money still in it, hit cash out and it will put that amount on your card. When you get to the next machine that you want to play at, put your card in that machine.

Now put in your PIN and it will ask you how much of the money that's on your card that you want to put into that machine. Enter that amount and start playing. It sounds confusing at first but it's not really that bad once you get the hang of it. There will be casino staff walking around and will be more than happy to assist you.
