2wheelin Posted September 29, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 29, 2012 Booked on the Liberty and trying to decide on dining options. Right now all we can get is late if we want traditional. There will be six of us and we like to meet new people so need a large table. If we switch to YTD might we have timing issues with getting to the shows. Anyone know what times they are? Heartlands1 Posted September 29, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 29, 2012 Have sailed on Liberty twice on late dining. Both times the shows started around 10.15 Plenty of time to finish dinner and have a drink before the late sitting show. I think the only exception was the magician who was on before dinner. riffatsea Posted September 29, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 29, 2012 You can do YTD with 6 people but there are more tables for 2 or 4. You might have more of a wait. You won't have a problem getting to shows because you can eat at whatever time you choose BUT you probably won't meet new people because there are not many large tables for YTD and many folks who opt for that choice do it to eat with people they already know. 2wheelin Posted October 1, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted October 1, 2012 Other cruise lines have had early and late shows the same so if eating late you could always go to the early show. Not so here? Don't want to have to wait around to eat and then have to stay up late every night for shows. If I change to YTD, and eat early will we be able to get in, eat leisurely, and make a show at say 8:00 (or whenever they usually start) ? What are the lines like if you are not there at opening for YTD?
